Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges: Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Genuine Quality Issues: Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving a saree with quality problems. Provide photos for verification, and upon investigation, we'll initiate the refund/exchange process.
- Damaged or Wrong/Missing Product: Report within 7 days of receiving the product. We'll either refund or send the correct item without extra shipping costs.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- RTO (Return to Origin): Ensure a complete shipping address with an active phone number to avoid return charges. Reshipping requests will incur additional shipping charges.
- Color Mismatch: Minor color variations due to screen display differences are not valid reasons for a refund.
- Customized or Altered Sarees: We don't accept returns/exchanges for sarees with added fall, edging, or customization.
- International Orders: Store exchange isn't applicable, and customers may incur return costs and customs duties.
- Dress Material/Fabric Orders: Dress material/fabric orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.
- Gift Vouchers: Orders placed for gift vouchers are not eligible for cancellation, exchange, or refund.
Return Process:
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91-9597730491 within 7 days, providing order details, issue explanation, clear photos, and an unboxing video.
- Our team will assess your situation, arrange a reverse pick-up, and conduct a quality check upon receiving the product.
- Approved refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7 business days, credited through the original payment method.
Refund Timeline: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in the bank account/credit card/wallet from the date of initiation.
Chargeback Option: Customers can raise a chargeback with their bank if the refund doesn't reflect within 15 days, but we recommend reaching out to us first for a speedy resolution.
Note: False complaints about delivery or product quality may disqualify customers from refunds or replacements. We prioritize addressing payment/refund concerns directly for a quicker resolution.
